ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS All parts listed are mint NOS unless indicated otherwise. Add 15 percent domestic shipping and handling (10 percent on domestic orders $300 and over), 25 percent Alaska and Hawaii, 30 percent Canada, and 35 percent overseas (40 percent on parcels over 3 pounds). The minimum S&H charge is $18 lower 48 regardless of size/weight, $30 Alaska and Hawaii, $35 Canada, and $40 overseas ($55 over 3 lbs). Domestic and foreign parcels deemed oversize or overweight by USPS will require a higher S&H charge. Drop shipment orders are accepted with a $10 added charge. Washington State residents add 8.8 percent sales tax. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are welcomed. Don't forget the security code. Furnish your credit card billing address if different from shipping. Your order acknowledgement is the charge to your credit card. Make checks payable to Len Dawson COD orders are not accepted. We have no facility to handle 'will call' requests. All orders must be shipped. EXPORT ORDERS - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Foreign checks must be in U.S. funds, drawn on U.S. banks, and carry an imprinted transit code. Canadian postal money orders in U.S. funds are accepted with a $15 added charge.

SHIPPING TIMES Normal shipping times are two to four working days on orders paid for by postal money orders, cashiers checks, or credit cards and 15 to 20 days if payment is by personal check. RETURNS - REFUNDS You may return a part for any reason, in its original container, in the same condition it was in upon shipment, within 30 days of our original shipping date. If the part is defective, let us know. Subject to confirmation of the problem, we'll also refund packaging and shipping charges both ways. We suggest mail for returns, and will not fully reimburse return shipping at rates charged by "UPS Stores". Permission must be obtained before returning parts shipped overseas. We accept no returns and make no refunds, adjustments or exchanges after 30 days of our shipping date. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy
